After 7 weeks of zero training, recovering after 2 broken wrists, Ive learnt allot, even after 8 years and thinking you know it all. Casts came off 2 weeks ago, its now my 8th training session back lifting light weights, slow reps, more controlled movements, even pausing at the contraction. My DOMS is the same next day, just goes to show - change the way you train - learn as much as you can. theres always room for improvement. Heres to the start of the future 👌
