After 7 years of ownership Im deciding to sell my urs4. I purchased it with 174,000 miles. It currently has 213,000 miles. I have stored the car for all my winters of ownership to minimize the aging process. I have a stack of sales receipts about an inch tall of all the parts that have been replaced and purchased for the car. I will try to explain the condition and what the car is the best I can. During the summer months its my daily driver and road trip runner. It is in great all around mechanical condition and shape. It was repainted by the previous owner to cactus green pearl. The body is in good shape with no dents or dings. All the body lines of the vehicle are strait. The paint has a very good shine to it. There are some minor body imperfection as a car of its age will get. On the drivers side rear lower door there is some minor bubbling. Also on the hood and roof there are some small line cracks in the undercoating that are only visible from up close if your specifically looking at it. The interior is a gray leather with carbon trim. The leather is in good shape for its age with no tears only typical cracking. The headliner is in good shape but is beginning to sag in the rear but not bad. For some od reason the rear seat is an 100/A6 gray leather seat from the previous owner, I don’t know why. The car still has the factory bose stereo in near perfect condition with not amplifier popping sounds. A/C works good but could use a charge if you want it crazy cold. Engine: The internals of the engine have not been touched. I have always ran full synthetic Shell or Ravenol oil in the car with Mahle or Mann filters. The engine is bone dry with no oil or coolant leaks. Timing belt service was completed at 180k. I replaced a lot on the engine, everything from sensors to seals, hoses, starter, p/s pump…to much to list. Performance upgrades include: MRC rs2 stage 3 tune, K26-T04E 50trim, 37lb. Lucas Injectors, 1.9 WG Spring, RS2 exhaust manifold, Custom FMIC (clean look - core 21x11x2.75), 3inch 034 turbo back exhaust, K&N Panel w/modified air-box, Transmission/Driveline: 01E 6 Speed transmission from B5 S4 with wide 1st gear. During my clutch and flywheel change all the transmission axle, impute, tail seals where replaced. The transmission is bone try. Also the slave and master cylinders where replaced. 034 aluminum flywheel, Stage 3 Spec Clutch, 034 street density trans, motor, and snub mounts, Redline gear oils. Suspension: Currently the car is running on H&R Super Sport springs with Bilstein shocks up front and Koni in the rear. I replaced the front control arms and rear control arm bushings at around 180K. The suspension is sound but the front control arm bushing could use another replacement and also the front sub-frame bushings. I have front sub-frame bushings that will come with the car. Brakes: I did a mild brake improvement over the G60 calipers. The front hubs where replaced with B5 A4 hubs, TT caliper brackets, 312mm rotors, the popular Ate single piston calipers, and ss brake lines. All the calipers are in perfect working order along with the emergency brake cables. Wheels: Both wheel sets available. 19x8.5 Rotiform wheels with 235/35 Sumitomo HTRZ III (40% tread) 17x8 ASA wheels with 225/45 Kelly Fierce (80% tread) Cons: -Steering Rack is beginning to leak. It is a small leak and I filled the p/s fluid from min to max once this summer and its still ok. -Rear Differential clunk from bushing. -Cruise randomly doesn’t work. -Sunroof doesnt work. (The driver side track is broken and binds. I have the switch unplugged. with a good used track it would work fine.) It is a very strait good all around car. I would love the car to go to someone who will appreciate the car as much as I do. For more information, offers, please feel free to contact me. Asking 7,000.00 (Location Manitowoc WI)
