After 9 months of zero exercise in Shanghai I am changing my ways. Back to the cycling but with a city twist! How do you like my new wheels? A folding bike with 8 speed SRAM gears, slick tyres and disc brakes. Can fold her up and put her on the metro for my commute. Also got G a nice sit up and beg bike with detachable shopping basket and rack......she is very happy! Moon Festival today in China so day off for all. We went out for a family ride. Finished up at Element Fresh for smoothies and salad. Feeling skinner already!
