After DELTA delayed my flight in Memphis it caused me to miss my connecting flight to West Palm Beach. When I arrived in Atlanta and got to the gate, the door was closed. I kindly waited for the agent to come back up from the plane. She and a well dressed gentleman came toward the desk. Walking towards me he said Im SORRY. I said Sir, I need the next flight to West Palm Beach, I have to speak tonight at 7. I pulled up Facebook to show him. He said, OH you dont have to show me you have an honest face. He said maam we will do everything we can to you out of here. I need you to go down to the HELP desk. Dont let them send you to the phone tell them you need to talk to an agent in person because you need action now. I said YES Sir! I got to the HELP desk and there was a line. I was patiently waiting. While waiting, a gentleman in a Red jacket walked and said maam are you going to West Palm Beach? I said YES. He said my boss stopped me and sent me to help you. Stay in line while I go over here and work on IT. My time came to talk to the lady at the HELP desk. I told her the situation. She said ALL FLIGHTS ARE FULL! You would have to go STANDBY. I asked her about flying to Fort Lauderdale 45 minutes or so from West Palm Beach? She said ALL FLIGHTS ARE FULL!. She kept on typing. The gentleman in the red coat walks up and goes behind the counter and watching to see what she was doing. I said maam what are my OPTIONS? She said WAIT A MINUTE IM MAKING YOU A SEAT! FULL FLIGHTS, STANDBY, NO SEATS! She reaches down grabbed a boarding pass and said you are leaving at 3:05. It was 2:05. I HAVE arrived to my destination with delays, cancellation, no seat on full flights. If GOD HAS A PLACE FOR YOU TO BE DONT GET MAD AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE! JUST GO TO THE HELP DESK, GOD IS WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES TO GET YOU TO YOUR EXPECTED END! I SURVIVED! LETS HAVE CHURCH FAITH DELIVERANCE!
