After Ferguson and NYC, everyone needs to watch this to put things into perspective! By the way, in NYC 2013, the police made 228,000 misdemeanor arrest, without one case like Gardner, so I would say they actually are less murderous than the liberal, left wing agenda driven media would have us believe! Mayor DeBlasio (communist), and Al Sharpton (race pimp) are once again trying to turn this into a racial issue, where, at least in this case, race had nothing to do with! One more thought for the road, Gardner said he couldnt breathe 11 times, and rather than automatically assuming that the cop was wrong because he died, consider the fact that while he was still saying that he couldnt breathe, the officer had let go of his neck and they were pinning his head to the ground (to gain control, you cant fight if you dont have leverage enough to move your head) ..the most overlooked fact is, if you truly cant breathe, you CANNOT speak. My understanding is that the ME didnt find his larynx crushed, but that he died of a heart attack caused by the physical altercation. Sorry for the families loss...but DO NOT resist arrest! Gardner has been arrested 31 times for various misdemeanors, he knew the drill and HE decided not to go along with the program, now Im sure he didnt think he would die from his decision, but it was just that...his decision.
