After Months and Months of receiving a "ghost caller" with either a beep, someone saying, "uh" and then hanging up, or a computer telling me to "please hold" I have finally solved the mystery. Caller: "Uh, is a Ruth there" (very very broken english and loose pronunciation). Me: "Yes, what is this call about?" Caller: "Oh, uh, sorry bout to interrupt...I go" Me: "No, I need to know what this call is about, i have been seeing this #for months..."
