After The Most High God delivered Moses and the children of Israel ( formerly known as Jacob,the 12 tribes , the chosen people of the Lord) out from up under the rule of the new pharaoh that did not remember all that the Most High God has done through Joseph. The new pharaoh had a plan to begin POPULATION CONTROL among the hebrew people because they were too great in number in Egypt. And God saved His people. After instilling numerous plagues upon the pharaoh and Egyptians and parted the Red Sea , the Hebrew children of Israel finally believed that The Most High God was real . So The High God had this to say to them as they settled in a place to rest and hydrate. And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee. (Exodus 15:26 KJV) The key words in this verse are DILIGENTLY WILT Do that which is RIGHT in HIS SIGHT WILT GIVE EAR to HIS commandments And KEEP ALL HIS statues God showed His loyalty to His people over and over again , but His people continued to be disobedient and serve themselves and other gods. This is why we are so blessed to have a remission of our sinful nature through JESUS Christ our Lord and Saviour from the wicked ways of this world that many who are lost seem to know and love. The gospel of Peace is what we preach but we have to use the Word as our sword in the spiritual world to cut through the evil spirits that are trying to increase in number Bc they know they are doomed for eternity.
