After a 2008 (lost in a divorce), a 2012 (lost in a Calgary accident), Ive been the owner of a 2014 FJR for two months as of today. 3750 KMs (2,330 miles) in two months, given the season, isnt bad. And every single centimetre/inch has been a blast. Im not a hugely experienced rider and dont have the depth of knowledge of the bike or motorcycle mechanics in general many of you have but I can say its the best motorcycle Ive ever owned. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my friend, Lesley Christensen and the folks at Holeshot Motorsports for making it possible. My FJR is literally my mental health companion. 2014 wasnt a great year for me but being able to ride helps take some of the load off. I hope to see some of you soon and that everyone has a safe and fun 2015 on their FJRs!
