After a few requests here is a Jolly-Pie update (pie is due to her magpie tendancies of stealing everything and hiding it in her bed) well we are now 8.5 weeks into the domestication of the street dog. Positives - she takes food from all of us, even Taylor.she is crate trained. I touched her tail briefly whilst she was playing next to me and she didnt run the instant she saw me move. She understands clicker training and will sit, down and target. She plays and interacts really well with the other dogs. She is looking in much better condition. Negatives - still unable to touch her, so obviously no lead on yet and She turns into a tazmanian devil on a regular basis which I still havent got to record. This video was taken today when I took her to the bottom of the garden for the first time... I apologise now for my bad training with mistimed down but I was watching her through the screen. She was jumpy but I was pleased she chose to follow me in a new situation and not hide. More time for training needed.
