After a long 10.5 hour shift at work I was about to head home when I met an older Asian woman at the top of the escalator who was obviously lost in the hotel. She was just standing there waiting for somebody to stop and talk to her apparently.. She knew no English at all and was trying to speak to me like I could understand her. After a few minutes of trying to explain to her that I couldnt understand her I started mentioning things like Casino Games Food and she obviously showed some interest or happiness in the things I had mentioned... I waived for her to follow me and I took her from the Hotel to the Casino entrance... She had such a sweet attitude the entire time and was clearly thankful that somebody took the time to help her. Most people including myself would have probably been in a horrible mood and been slightly rude out of frustration... Not that sweet old lady though :) It honestly made me feel really good to end my night like that and help her out. Although we couldnt understand each other at all (literally not even a single word) it still worked out.. I hope that she has a great day and does well in our Casino. Goodnight.
