After a long day I grew frustrated with Microsofts Customer Support. I was annoyed that they didnt have the answers I was looking for and took my unnecessary and misplaced anger out on them. I forgot that I was berating another human being. I am ashamed of myself. I went back to the chat support widget after cooling off. Here is my apology: Hi, thanks for visiting Answer Desk. Im Ella C.
