After a long night in the ER, her doggie knows how to take care of her. We thought she had a splinter. She stepped on something Tuesday playing outside when I was cutting grass. I didnt see a splinter or anything else that night when she told me it hurt. Getting ready for a birthday party yesterday, she said her foot hurt. The knot on the bottom was there but the redness on the ankle wasnt. Infection moves fast. In a matter of hours, the redness appeared and her foot was really warm to the touch. They had to give her a shot in the foot to numb the area to open it and drain it. They didnt find anything in there. So what ever she stepped on didnt stay. Medicine for 2 weeks and rest for a few days. ... Shoes always from now on!
