Make a paste of 2 bulbs of garlic with garlic greens, 1 of ginger and add it to the wok now bhuno it till the mutton is cooked and the masala coats the mutton morsels. Ull love the taste of garlic and ginger in the dish. Enjoy with Phulkas.
