After a nice evening and a big fast food dinner at Tibidabo Amusement park, I greeted my sister and family and went home running, all downhill. The idea was trying to arrive at the same time of them going by car. I perfectly know the way down so I go fast and smooth until my hands and head start getting itchy, I feel my face getting swollen and my breath getting heavier. When I got conscious again some minutes later I could not even seat, so I had to crawl or roll down till a place to ask for help, (while constantly getting rid of the food I had ingested previously...). The guy who found me almost unconscious and covered with earth, grass and bruises did not want to get closer and I heard him talking on the phone about a murdered man....finally my brother in law Andrea took me home. I learned the lesson: Do not eat french fries and hamburgers....
