After a number of chats (and beers?), I think that we have come up with a pretty cool program that will revolve around the history of craft beer called The Heritage Series. Every month will be featuring a brewery (must be brewing for at least 25 years) with a tap or two. On the third Wednesday, we will have a little tap take-over, a special tapping at 8pm and a brewery rep in at 8:30 to chat about the history of their brewery. We will be starting in February with Rogue and March with Anderson Valley.
