After a particularly gruelling & emotionally draining fortnight, where my Workcover insurer have passively bullied me, one of my legal representatives, Linda at SHINE LAWYERS DANDENONG, had enough of what was happening seeing the pattern forming, same as me. Just had a call from Linda & insurer was ripped into and a complaint lodged with Workcover Conciliation for noncompliance of Workcover Conciliation Out outcome. I dont know what I would do without Shine. They got the right info I had pleaded for. Not one caseworker has verbally contacted me since. No personal contact with caseworkers other than their dispute resolution person (who was wonderful but on holidays).
