After a rubbish day, busy late shift with no tea as canteen closed by the time I could get down there. I then decide to throw my self down the stairs good and proper, so have a very painful bruised elbow and a whopping bruise down the side of my thigh, just to finish my day off in style. Cup of tea and some chocolate in bed and pray for a better day tomoro starting with an early shift! X night all x
