After a very good morning, I managed to pass the afternoon with flying colours. I only couldnt manage to consume the same amount of water I usually do, due too the colder weather. Another highlight for me today was the fact that I could wear a jean which I havent been able to wear for the past few years :). Its one of the best feelings one can experience and physical evidence that my SW journey is working!! Supper was a scrumptious steak covered with a pepper flavoured mushrooms,onion and tomato sauce and some cauliflower. A very nice meal for a Saturday evening after such an successful day. Im tired tonight and will surely be lights out very early tonight.
