After a wonderful lunch with my dear friend Elaine, I went to the bank to open a new acct. There wasnt a customer in the bank, one teller, one man to open new accts. The teller told me I could wait in the waiting room for him (on the phone) to come and get me. Several people, one at a time, came in and out. I waited 10-15 minutes and no one ckd on me, he didnt get off the phone and I walked out. I have always considered the person who takes the time to go into a place a business (especially a bank or bus. that requires extensive cust. serv.) a priority over a phone call..and I told them that on my way out. Livid. As I was walking out the door, one of the young tellers (there were 4 by that time) said, Byeeeeeee. Yes..I called and complained. I was mad enough but the byeeeee was the final straw.
