After a year of hiatus on Campus Journalism, here I am, continuing the trail. But, it is all different now. Scheduling of in-and-out campus training is very tedious. What boggles my mind is how can I surpass this stiff challenge considering that we can only start practicing nine days before the Division Schools Press Conference - and its exam week and the other week will be for the submission of grades. Although, we have only a little chance to qualify in the national competition, I still have to have a positive outlook. It is a rare chance to be there, but what I have always been saying: Kung para sa akin, para sa akin. As a School Paper Adviser (SPA) for eight years, I can say that being a qualifier to the national presscon is somewhat I can be proud of. I am praying that I can complete this puzzle: National Schools Press Conference 2007 (Baguio City) *qualified and attended National Schools Press Conference 2008 (Koronadal City) *did not qualify National Schools Press Conference 2009 (Naga City) *qualified but did not attend National Schools Press Conference 2010 (Tagum City) *qualified but did not attend National Schools Press Conference 2011 (Butuan City) *qualified and attended National Schools Press Conference 2012 (Puerto Princesa City) *qualified and attended National Schools Press Conference 2013 (Ormoc City) *qualified, attended and won National Schools Press Conference 2014 (Subic) *RESIGNED as SPA
