After about 4 weeks of pretty consistent dieting, I was down 11 lbs. after an additional 2 weeks of dieting and a running training program 3 times a week Im up a lb (10 lb total loss in 6 weeks) but finally down 8-10 inches on the few places I measured. So whats better? Pounds or inches? If you had to choose, as apparently I do. :) {btw this is a light hearted post, Im actually very very happy with my results and am in no way taking anything away from that!}
