After all of these years of trying out countless mac & cheese recipes I was FINALLY highly satisfied, and proud of the one I made 2 weeks ago. Everyone (except my mama) told me, hands down that it was my best. Mama, swears I made Patti LaBelles, ~Over the Rainbow~ recipe nearly 10 years ago, and INDEED THAT WAS YOUR BEST THUS FAR. I dont know why you never made it again?!?! Let me share something with you. Im very finicky. I DONT CARE who gives me rave reviews. If I make a dish and I dont like it, that recipe gets tossed in the Abyss!!! NEXTTTTT! Well Patti, round 2. Im going to do a ingredient comparison between your Over the Top-Top vs. Over the Rainbow.
