After all the panic in my house.. I finally did it.. n am so happy that I did! And Vishaka Rautela for helping me through this ^__^ ♡ Presenting my DDL cake. Lol. This is vanilla sponge and sandwiched between it is a THICK Layer of DDL. Dulce de leche.. only I know gharwalo se kaise bachaya hai. And yes the cake is covered with ganache. N the top pattern is done using DDL ^_^ I thought of presenting it to my Maasi . As she came to our place today after almost ten years ^_^ the cake was aooper delicious. N yes for breakfast we had omelette rousillion. Dal makhni. Parathas. Scrambled eggs. Toast.
