After almost a decade of hard work I was very honored and humbled tonight to be awarded my 2nd Degree Black Belt from Dragons Den Elite MMA and Fitness I would like to extend thanks to Stephen Lapres who has taught me more than I could have imagined. He is capable, committed and ethical and I have tremendous respect and appreciation for him. I also very much appreciate my friends who train there, Josh Wright, Terry Williams, Josh Wolsey, Shane Redmond, John (JJ) Borden, and too many more to mention. Lots of great memories. :-) I put some older pictures in there as well.
