After an amazing 2 days in London and attending the greatest loser - TopicsExpress

After an amazing 2 days in London and attending the greatest loser finals yesterday I was left feeling very thoughtful. When I walked into group 2 years ago I would of never dreamed of what I have achieved since and how my life has changed so dramatically. The big glitzy awards dinner yesterday was lovely but it was not the reason I joined, I joined to change my health for both me and my family and to ensure that I was around for them for years to come. Walking into that group for the first time was one of the hardest things I have ever done but also one of the very best, the warm welcome I got from the wonderful Katrina Barker and the other members was amazing and I would not have achieved what I have without all of their support. Along the way there have been hard times, but sticking at it will get you to your goals. I have met some amazing people along the way and made some incredible friends including the gorgeous Debbie Butt who has helped transform me into a runner. The moral to this story is that no matter how hard things get for you at times, use the support of your friends and family and always remember why you joined in the first place and you WILL achieve your dreams like I have
