After an amazing weekend with my Long Island crew…I was just informed one of my really close friends Stevie just had a stroke…and is in intensive care…he will have to undergo physical therapy b/c it hit his right side…to boot many years ago he had a heart aneurism and the actually took his heart out of his chest to save him…What is befuddling is we were just in the gym, riding and having a great time this past weekend …there was no tell tale sign except he started getting dizzy Saturday in the gym and we all chalked it up as he didn’t eat before he trained …he text me yesterday he wasn’t feeling well…I honestly thought it was from the sun… not sure if he will ever be 100 % which is so upsetting and painstaking…this hit home …the only thing I can say is we are all getting older …sometimes life doesn’t give us second chances …so remember to live …love and laugh with the people that you hold close to your heart…
