After an early afternoon nap...I needed an ENERGY pick-me-up so I blended ... baby spinach leaves; baby kale; pumpkin seeds (to replace walnuts)... banana; an apple (to replace a pear)... purple grapes, seeds & all...chia seeds; with a splash of coconut water. Got my veggies, fruits and healthy seeds/nuts serving portion for the entire day! NOW...(if I put my mind to it)...I can get something DONE :)
