After an initial deadlock judge orders jury to go back to deliberating. Consquently: Deedy found not guilty of murder; deadlock on lesser charges, Deedy is able to be tried for the following: Reckless manslaughter; Murder in the 1st degree; or Assault in the 2nd degree. Judge plans to tell jury that if anyone bothers them they are to call the cops and that they have the right to refuse to talk about the trial. Deedys lawyer asks to talk to the jury to thank them before they are excused permanently
