After an unexpected Meltdown on Friday evening and two subsequent conversations with two good mates, I do feel the need to share this. When youre overloaded with things and you start hearing a lot of negative self talk and feelings of frustration and anger at your lack of control on your situation. Talk to your mates about it. Chances are your negative self talk is bullshit. My mates reminded me what I have actually come through in the past 21 months, and its a lot!! Keeping going through the most trying period of my life. I should actually be bloody proud of myself and on reflection, I am!! Depression could not break me, it tried, it came close, but in the end I kept going, the recession could not break me, its been tough but Ive dug in, a spinal cord injury and partial paralysis laid me low, but Im back on my feet, walking further and better everyday. So negative talk, self doubt, frustration and anger, Im on to you and Im not falling for it!!! I will rise above that shit and ultimately I will prevail. NEVER EVER Forget to be grateful for what you have, its probably something other people can only dream of and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!!!
