After another very busy weekend I can take a breather and let you know all the new beers (there are four!). Firstly, Tempests Brave New World is back, stronger than ever before! The brewers have been experimenting and produced a more hoppy version at 7.4 (as if 7.0 wasnt enough!!) which is as delicious as ever! Secondly, we have the long awaited return of Cromartys Ghost Town. This porter is beautifully thick and full bodied with a barrel-load of malty and roasty tones. Utterly delicious Thirdly, our first rye beer weve had in a while; St Andrews Brewing Companys Rye PA. The rye adds a more toasty tone throughout the beer and adds a distinctive element to it. for anyone who has never tried a rye beer, this would be a great place to start! Finally, after its phenomenal success earlier in the year, we had to see Wiper and Trues Red Orange return to store. A lovely red beer, packed with orange and marmalade flavours, this beer is smooth and very satisfying.
