After asking a retailer three times when the gear I paid for immediately was going to be shipped I got this response. Aussie retail... this guy misses the customer service point. Communicate with customers, tell the truth. You are not cash flowing our business. A $399 order is merely a drop in the pond when it comes to our overheads & day to day running costs. Please understand that we are primarily a production company and merely do online sales as another source of revenue. There is not always someone in the office to answer calls & emails. Further it would require in excess of $10m in capital to stock everything that is listed on our website, 90% of the items listed are not held in our own warehouse.
