After being hurt after the Crossfit open this past year, from thinking I was moving the right way, and realize that I was not, after not being able to squat for a couple months..I looked for help and found it with Ryan Brown from Darkside Strength, work with him for 3 months he attacked a lot of my weakness and help me with moving right again..then I Decided to just weightlift which has been the best choice I have made..Two-Ten CrossFit Steve Galvan has been nothing but amazing and keeping me strong and I have been coming back stronger then ever..the support has been unreal from the those who see me train day in and out..it has not only Help me move better as an athlete, but the things I learn on how to properly move the right way, has done great things for me as a coach! I had a training session today that was a kick in the butt and I really had to focus on moving properly to finish all sets and reps..again thank you to those who have seen me throughout the progress
