After being on this page for all of two weeks, Ive been super annoyed with individuals who can no longer keep their pets because the cost of food is to much, there isnt enough time to spend with them and so forth. When you take an animal in, it becomes your obligation to take care of them. Just like your kids are your obligation. You home them, then throw them out one you realize they cost. No shit they cost. Nothing in America is free. I wish I had the heart to get another dog right now, its too soon after my Chucks accident and it will be a while until I can have the courage to give a pet a loving home...but once I do, I won t throw them away like piece of scrap metal that I picked up for my shits and giggles. If you feel like youre responsibe for another life and ready for it...then take an animal in..otherwise..dont bother wasting an animal over your greedy and selfish needs.
