After buying what i hope to be my last 12.5g of bacci this morn, followed by a lengthy discussion on e-cigs, i have decided to abrupt quit the cigs, so i have booked myself in to see the smoking cessation nurse, tomorrow morning to discuss options and set a date. I have successfully quit in the past, primarily using nrt patches, now i would usually stick with what i know works for me - patches over 12 weeks at no cost to me, super, but i know they are going to suggest and push champix, so i am looking for feedback on champix from anyone with personal experience. So if you used champix, good or bad experiences, please shout out and let me know what you thought. I am so put off by the thought of meds but if it works, it might be worth a try, but i need honest feedback. Thanks folks !!!
