After children breakfast and discussing new Chinese Tutor. Off to school my.little chicks went. Coffee clutched near Sharon Moran as Denise Powell MacLean handed out pretty little green ribbons. I was going to yell out in a foreign accent like the guy did in Seinfeld, to Kramer, You dont want to wear dee ribbon!. Ok only for those who remember the scene. So Ill laugh by myself. Anywho, cleaned kitchen, made five business calls then ran an horderve of 9.5 miles. Then two banks. No didnt rob them. Hey, thats an idea. Cleaned up. Work. Then five hours worked on book. Then onto Amerikickrockland Martial Arts & Fitness Kickboxing. Where Rafael Melendez was running the kickboxing class for an hour and I did warmup and drills for an hour, with bag work. No, not old bag work. Id need a special surgeon for that. Then the next hour, Rafael had Big John and I do pad work with him and Johns cousin Nate, while Samuel Manrique ran the BJJ class. Two new ladies joined the class. Ben Ripps, Kecka Aloiv, Chris, Two new ladies, Don Malandra, and a couple other people cant remember if I met them. Good classes tonight. Off to finish making lunches for girls.
