After consulting with the Presbyteral Council, and the Personnel Board of the Diocese, I have invited the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, a community of priests dedicated to preserving the Liturgy as it was celebrated prior to the renewal that came with the Second Vatican Council, to come to our Diocese and to serve the parish of Immaculate Conception in downtown El Paso.
