After doing two services yesterday morning, I met up with the Refreshing Fountain COGIC Saints and we went to Lodi, CA to the Pastoral Appreciation for Pastor Patrice MucCular..........I was tired upon arrival! As we sat in the service and the songs went forth and the peoples excitement filled the room, I was uplifted. But when Terrie L Slaughter Scott was given the microphone, she took my spirit to new levels and new heights! To see a lot of the people that we grew up with over the years was GREAT! Then to be there to minister with the Refreshing Fountain Cogic Choir and support my Dad, was a GREAT HIGHLIGHT TO MY DAY! My Dad has a way of making the Word PLAIN & COMICAL, keeping the attention of the listeners and allowing the Lord to use him the way he does. IT WAS SIMPLY REFRESHING!
