After dropping Deoné of at school, I was in the mood for a walk and did just that. For the first time I actually made use of an application which monitors distance, time and calories via GPS on a phone. I completed my normal route of 4,67km in 52 minutes and burned 160 calories according to the app. I was truly surprised about the amount of calories, though it would be more. Nevertheless I enjoyed the walk and felled very good afterwards. For lunch I had chicken wraps. Took a few small lettuce leaves left in the refrigerator and filled it with chicken, tomato and cucumber. Sprinkled it lightly with SW salad dressing and voila, I had my wraps :). Even though the lettuce leaves were a bit too small, the wraps was scrumptious and a very welcomed variation. Will surely have it again in future. Today Im wearing pants which now requires me to wear a belt with them. 6 weeks ago I battled to get the button aligned with the hole and today I do it with ease and can actually place 2 fingers inside it to fill the space!! What better prove and motivation does one need to continue and that the SW program is worth it?!
