After enduring four years of the divisive Gov. Paul LePage, who *could* eke out a plurality win again, Maines got the Wish-We-Had-Statewide-RCV Blues. The really frustrating thing (other than the fact that LePage has somehow managed to keep a hold of his original base through misleading, obstructionist tactics) is that if Maine just had ranked choice voting for statewide elections LePage never would have won in the first place. . . .
