After extensive experimentation on all levels Im pleased to announce that we will be selling wings for the first time today. Im announcing here because so many have been asking and many of you know weve been working on this. While I have said out loud at least two previous dates and then failed, Im staying with my original position it wasnt my fault. However, Penny has developed our five house made sauces, a spicy oriental, a sweet curry, a spicy Cajun, a zesty bbq and a garlic lemon butter. We are using a naked wing meaning we will not use a pre-breaded wing. They are deep fried so that they become crisp but remain moist. They are priced at 10 pieces for 11 dollars. So, for anyone who likes wings, give them a try and let us know what you think. These sauces are definitely our very own. We are also offering a new dessert. I have no idea what to call them so right now they are simply dessert bites. They are similar to a doughnut hole and come with a house made maple butter or honey butter glaze. Right now these will be selling for 5 dollars per order.
