After finding out Ryan had a delayed flight for his connecting flight, I have been on the phone all morning trying to get him on a different flight so he could get home earlier then what the delay was showing. It finally happened. After all of this, I am grateful that Southwest Airlines was so good about changing flights around without any charge! He still will be in later then what we planned, but I wont complain, it should only be 40 min instead of 3 hours!
