After four consecutive weekends away from Indianapolis, I have decided to stay home this weekend. As much as I wanted to go to Evansville, more specifically Fall Festival, it just isnt in my best interest at this time. Its hard for me to let go and say no. Two weekends ago, at the Episcopal Womens Retreat, I learned that staying busy, particularly overwhelming busy, translated to being B.urdened U.nder S.atans Y.oke. For that reason, I am going to stay home and practice self care.
