After four days of doing his work trial, the young skinny man is called over to the table where he will hear the final verdict. Did he get the job? Did he get the Apprenticeship? Or was he to exit the kitchen, never to return? The twenty three year old sits down, ears perked as the boss speaks his words. He eagerly awaits to hear the possible good news, while still keeping his composure in case it is the usual bad news he has been dealt with in the past. The boss then reveals the final verdict, along with his final words.... Though dry on the outside, mental tears form in his eyes in the inside of his head. His mind echoes, as he comes to terms with the final verdict, with those final words... With a smile, Nick shakes the boss hand and thanks him for his time. It had been plenty of fun working in the kitchen, doing both food prep, slight cooking and washing dishes. He also thanks everyone else in the kitchen, and front area, before exiting the front entrance. Walking off into the blackness of the night, he trudges along, meeting up with his mother. I have good and bad news... ` In short, Nick soon celebrated, shouting: I GOT THE APPRENTICE CHEF JOB!!
