After getting a wee bit lost on our exit from the big smoke we finally made it home, Pam I think that SatNav can stay at home the next time we go anywhere we will be quicker with a compass. So with Pam driving and with myself working through all the messages on facebook and twitter etc (please bear with me ALL WILL be answered) we suddenly heard this voice in the back of the car - Hello Enda ? Ah right so says Rosie, and can I speak to Ger then? Pause. I turn round and whisper to Rosie Who you ringing NOW? .... Im ignored (which is quite often the case when Rosie is mid flow) and I look to the sky at our Jakie knowing that a smile has crept across my face, this should be good. The following are bits of the conversation that took place - Well Ger says Rosie I got Endas email back and to be honest now Im not a bit happy. I feel as if Im being fobbed off and that maybe your all hoping that Ill run out of steam and go away. Well now Rosie, says Ger. Well now Ger, says Rosie Im not asking for a face to face meeting this minute all that I ask is that the person who is in charge of Endas diary picks the flipping thing up and locates a date with a suitable slot for my face to face meeting. But sure Rosie says Ger, you need to give The Taoiseach a chance.... A Chance, A Chance says Rosie, what chance did my Jakie have Ger?. Yeah but Rosie, says Ger. He needs time to follow the right process blah blah blah..... Time?? says Rosie Do you not realise that it only took 1 secound for my Jakie to be taken away from me, 1 secound !!! How many more children are going to die before Enda finds the time to prioritise the Children of Ireland? Sure says Rosie, Ill just keep calling the office until such time as the Taoiseach commits to a meeting. Sure why would you do that? says Ger. Are you kidding me ?says Rosie. Well like everything else she says if you want anything done from a politician ya need to keep bothering them till they pull their finger out and do something! Well now says Ger Enda is not like that. Oh I dont know says Rosie time will tell good luck now Ger she says sure Ill be talking to you later on anyways when I ring to speak to Enda later........... Now Enda Kenny 6597 people await your confirmation of a date and time to meet with the #IsJakieslifenotenough? Campaign. Once more you go Rosie !!
