After getting slapped down by a federal court once again and vowing to continue fighting to suppress Kansas voters, its clear that Kris Kobach has put his personal agenda before doing his job as Secretary of State. The question now is whether Sam Brownback and the Kansas Legislature will do anything to fix the mess they helped make.
