After having children, I stopped making time for myself to work - TopicsExpress

After having children, I stopped making time for myself to work out, didn’t get proper sleep, didn’t eat the healthiest, etc. because I felt the need to put my family and work first not allowing much time for anything else. It finally caught up with me! After being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the knees and barely being able to go from standing to sitting, I knew if I didn’t make some major lifestyle changes I would end up in a wheelchair at my young age of 48. There were many tears of wondering how I ever let myself get to this point, which seemed overnight. A wheelchair was unacceptable to me! My family was very supportive of my plan, which consisted of penciling in “me” time throughout the week. I started working out with a personal trainer to help modify my workouts until I grew stronger and now work out on my own. During this same time I knew getting the weight off was critical so I incorporated an awesome regimen of proper nutrition and supplements from USANA. Cutting out sugar has been huge in helping rid the inflammation from my body. I no longer have the sugar and carb cravings and feel better now than I have in 10 years! I was so blessed to get to hear you at our international convention this last month and everything you spoke about hit home. Proper cellular nutrition sure does make a difference in our overall health and start on the inside!! Thank you so much for continuing to teach and educate us! I truly appreciate all you do for us – your books, videos, and speaking presentations are so valuable in helping myself and others make healthy lifestyle changes to be Beautiful From The Inside Out!
