After having nothing but nice things to say about and having only positive experiences with the VA, I have finally hit my first snag. I have been seeing my doctor for over a year and discovered that he cannot refer me to an audiologist because they have another doctor that no longer works for the VA listed as my primary care physician. I have been trying since Monday to speak with a human being and when I finally get one it is like trying to negotiate with the Terminator. She gave me another number to call and leave a message. That was so helpful.
