After having worked on myself, meaning that Ive been single for almost 4 years on paper, and not including a significant other in my life.... Ive learned so many things about myself and one of the major ones is that: I DESERVE THE WORLD For years, I surrounded myself with men ( in this case scenario ) that were more into themselves and not interested in my life. For years, I put myself to the side and allowed them to do as they wanted and to not show me the love. For years, I was never complimented nor was there even a hint of a compliment shown. For years, I allowed these types of individuals into my life and for years, I always ended up hurt. Today, Ive changed my ways and Ive learned that I deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, kindness, love and patience that I would give to another human being. I teach this to my children and to those that ask me for help. It wasnt until recently that I allowed a man into my life to treat me this exact way and honestly, Im not sure why I never did this earlier in my life. Women - if you are sick and tired of being treated like crap, quit choosing it. When you want different, do different. #WDDD Today I love myself and for that Ill treat myself to something extraordinary and allow someone else to treat me the exact same way. Heres where the #onwardtoepic just got 100% better.... NOW WE FLY!! Thank you to all of you that have taught me this and for those of you that continue. I only hope that I leave a tiny particle of hope with those that follow me and do for them what youve done for me.
