After he heals from the oral surgery he his having on Monday we will start the final phase of Harveys rehabilitation, water therapy! Harvey still suffers from several old injuries that were left untreated over the years: major left ACL, minor right ACL, unidentified scar tissue in back left leg, trauma to the head/face that resulted in tooth/bone loss in jaw and his bottom lip has fused right into his gums, and tracheal damage from likely being tied up for an extended period of time (Harvey was not tied when we found him, he was too weak to try to escape). Hydrotherapy (water treadmill) will help rebuild the muscle in his back end and gain the strength he needs to stand and walk with less pain.
