After knitting Jaiks Eiffel Tower blanket, a big project, I have refreshed myself by doing a few little, quick projects, & am now ready to delve into my next biggish project!! I have always loved the look of Ripple Blankets! This is a project where you can explore colour combinations! I get inspiration from : attic24.typepad/weblog/2008/08/the-ripple-ta-dah.html - where you can follow Lucys free pattern, step by step. I have included a picture from Lucys Blog which gives you a great break down of quantities, measurements etc. This blanket is for my granddaughter, Maddi, & I have mooched through my odd balls at home & put together a lovely combination of soft pastel colours, Aquas, Mint Green, softest Lilac, silver, Ecru, white.......... all beautiful little girl colours đŸ’–đŸ’– I started last night, & must admit the first row is, putting it politely, interesting to do, but I won!!! If you would like to do a Ripple blanket, come & join me at the shop!!
